VI CICO
Official portal of an international Dentistry congress, with a premium public experience, registration, a Congressist Area, scientific production and integrated certification.
01Challenge
From event website to event operating system.
Turn a three-day scientific congress into a digital presence able to serve, at the same time, communication, programme, speakers, registration, scientific production and attendee operations, without reducing the event to a landing page.
02Experience
An ecosystem split between a public portal and an individual environment for each congressist.
03Public portal
The public experience organises programme, speakers, workshops, forums, scientific works, proceedings, partners, gallery, location and registration.
04Registration
Registration happens on the portal itself, with an own account and immediate access to the Congressist Area.
05Congressist experience
The private area brings together profile, credential, agenda, attendance, materials, works and certificates, with authentication and authorisation on the server.
06Scientific work
A work moves through an editorial flow in the system: submission, screening, review, presentation and publication in the proceedings. A work only becomes public in the published state.

07Certification
Anyone can check a certificate by its code. The check only states whether it is authentic and its status; it does not expose contact data or allow listing participants.

Operations and data appear only in the system diagram. Administrative screens are never shown.
